"Almost a year after giving birth to my son, I decided to heal my body and mind by practicing Ashtanga Yoga. I was very apprehensive because of how unfit I was but Becky helped me settle quickly into my first Mysore-style class, adjusting my positions gently and helping me understand the flow of the Primary Sequence. It only took a couple of classes for me to know that I had finally found my practice and also my “teacher”. Becky is a very special soul – her teaching style is warm, open and loving and she really helps you connect deeply with your practice by encouraging a strong union between breath and movement." KP
"Becky’s teaching has completely changed my yoga practice for the better. In class, she gives clear instruction, astute adjustments, and positive encouragement. Her personality and commitment to her practice shines through in all her classes." JN
"Rebecca assisted me to repair my broken body and soul after surgery chemo and radiotherapy. She assisted me to listen to and be patient with myself as I healed I did my own thing at the back of the class. Best of all she enabled me to be a normal person when I needed normality the most and I felt very comfortable within the classes with my fellow yogi group." JB
Becky has a superb knack with both minds and bodies. She’s an intuitive masseur, whose hands just know exactly what each muscle needs. She’s gentle where you need it, and erm, “intense” where that’s needed too, but always with a sense of humour and a new spiritual angle to contemplate too. She’s helped me enormously in just a few sessions, and I would recommend her to anyone struggling with a sore mind or tense body. And she’s a brilliant warm funny, yoga teacher. KMcT
